Situated in the heart of Norwich, Norfolk Nosh stands as a charming cafe that beckons to those seeking a delightful respite during their travels or daily routines. Located at 2a Wellesley Rd, this inviting spot offers a unique blend of hearty meals and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, making it a must-visit for both locals and visitors alike.

As you step inside Norfolk Nosh, you’re greeted with the smell of freshly brewed coffee and the warmth of genuine hospitality. Every corner of the cafe feels inviting, with plenty of seating available—ideal for unwinding after a long day of cycling along the renowned Rebellion Way, just as Sue Tuckett and Derek Elliott-Jones experienced. The cafe's spacious layout also accommodates cyclists looking to park their bikes safely while they indulge in some of the finest cakes and coffee in the area.

The menu at Norfolk Nosh is designed to cater to various tastes, boasting an array of mouthwatering options. For burger lovers, the Nosh Beef Burger is a classic choice, expertly grilled to perfection and oozing flavor. Meanwhile, the BBQ Lentil and Mixed Seed Burger offers a delightful vegetarian alternative that's just as satisfying. For something lighter, you can’t go wrong with their extensive selection of sandwiches, such as the Crowd-pleaser Coronation Chicken or the indulgently creamy Prawn Cocktail. But if you’re in the mood for something warm and toasted, their Paninis—like the Sweet Chilli Chicken and Cheese—are simply divine. As customer Jon Atk noted, the food selection is both diverse and delectable, featuring “sandwiches, pastries, drinks, and snacks.”

Norfolk Nosh is also famed for its breakfasts, with Kerry’s creations receiving accolades from patrons like Jon Young. The buzz around the cafe is palpable during breakfast hours, showcasing a vibrant community atmosphere akin to the best cafes found in bustling town centres. And don’t forget to save room for dessert; the homemade cakes have earned rave reviews for their rich flavors and perfect textures, making them hard to resist—even for those watching their diets, as Helen Moxon can attest!

Whether you choose to sit in the cozy interior or dine al fresco among the scenic surroundings, each visit promises a delightful experience. The friendly staff, highlighted by their cheerful barista’s quick wit, further enhances the charm of this cafe, making every visit feel special. International travelers and local residents alike find one commonality in their overwhelming praise of Norfolk Nosh—it’s worth the visit.

Next time you find yourself exploring the breathtaking Norfolk countryside, be sure to stop at Norfolk Nosh for an unforgettable meal, coffee, and an experience steeped in the spirit of community and good food.

On the way through Long Stratton and decided to give this place a try. It's in an industrial estate but easy to find and such a pleasant surprise to get a clean and quiet place to eat, seating inside or outside in the shade, a friendly welcome and tasty food. Great to see veggy and vegan items on the menu too, although I went for their chicken pesto sandwich which was really good.

Walked here from the garage while my car was being fixed. It's perfectly located. Reasonably priced and fast. Will defiantly go back next time I'm that way.
